As part of the company’s relocation services, IGL Relocation, subject to certain conditions, offers its customers the opportunity to print ‘Bills of Lading’ in their own office after receiving the documents as e-mail attachments.

Here is how you can register and get started with the service:

Step 1:

Please inform us that you are interested in this service by confirming your current registration data in this application request

by registering on our track-your-cargo link with full details.

Step 2:

You will be contacted by the IGL Relocation executive responsible for your business. If you prefer another branch office, please add this information to the remarks field in your “application request.” Our office will then request you to provide the following documents:

  1. A) Two signed originals of the Power of Attorney (PoA). (Forms can be downloaded here.)
  2. B) Proof of Insurance, in accordance with section 3 of the Power of Attorney.

Please only send the requested documents to the Corporate Office address.

Step 3:

Our office will check if all the requirements necessary for the approval of your request (to release the Bills of Lading to you via e-mail) are fulfilled. Then, our local representative will be in contact with you to set up the system and arrange a test printout.

Bills of Lading printed at a customer’s location must be printed on IGL’s pre-printed Bill of Lading. Our local representative will provide you with an initial number of forms. However, thereafter, you are requested to order additional forms through your IGL Relocation’s representative.
